So let me get this straight....

The Feds can whack a long-sought after terrorist without any presence in the far away, foreign country the whackee was in;
and intentionally not harm anyone else while doing so ? ? ?
And they can land a man on the moon in 1969, and bring him home using not much more than than a slide rule?
But they allegedly can't keep track of routine digital data from cellphones in their own living rooms in the 2020's;
phones that are infinitely more powerful than the technology that got us to the moon and back over fifty years earlier?

Who are the slow learners in this supposed paradigm?
