Indiana state route 19. Country road, single lane, farms either side, head on collision at high speed (55mph speed limit, both vehicles probably going 70 mph plus.). Really no chance of survival regardless of seat belts and air bags. Everyone died. I've driven roads like that for years, sometimes at stupid speeds. A tenth of a second of inattention can and will kill you.

But vehicles do an excellent job at taking down deer, both in season and, legally, out of season. You can strap your kill on top of your weapon, not something easily done on an AR-15. It can be a family activity, load up the kids and let everyone enjoy the hunt.
