He demanded a list of all foreign agents. Then met with Putin in complete secrecy. And then dozens of these agents were killed.

NO President has ever asked for this information. Even when GHB was in charge of the CIA. They know better.

FWIW - an Agent is a foreign National giving information to the US. CIA officers working undercover in foreign countries are Officers.

Doubt there is any way it can be verified. If true (I'm inclined to think it may be true) and if substantiated, it will cause the present day political/cultural rift to become a permanent national break.

Verification would have to involve finding the data in the hands of foreign nationals. Except... those sources who might have had access to the data are... DEAD.

Specifically color printers and copiers do that.

Mid to high end office printer/copiers have storage where scans and prints are held until cleared. That can be from reuse of the storage space by later jobs, or can be done from the control panel or a network utility. For example the leased Xerox printer/copiers at the library I worked at would be reset nightly to clear that storage.
