Putin is going to announce, probably very soon, that the separatist regions he set up in Ukraine have voted to join the Russian Federation. What percent of vote to join Russia do you think he will choose? 95% 82% ? % We'll see who gets closest to the right %.

For what it's worth, he chose 97% for vote in Crimea to join Russia in 2014.

My guess is 94%

I saw a video of a ballot being handed out. It went by quickly but all I saw was a large font DA and a check box. There didn’t appear to be a NYET. ;>

I should have taken into account that there are four regions that are voting but didn't so I added up the percentages and divided by four. It came out very close to 92%. To be more accurate I would have needed to factor in the population of the different regions but that was too much hassle.
