2024 election

I think the 'pubs will wholly abandon [ ] and gov Death Sentence as well.
Sen Droopy realizes his "legacy" (if he lives that long) will be one of those 5h1the@d$ and that the country is due to pendulum back centrist.
Dunno who they have in guvnuhs who fits that bill.

Womanfolk are registering like mad around the country.

And while the 'pubs are doing their best to disqualify anyone who isn't an old, fat, white, male, Fox news watching, open carrying, misogynist, conspiracy believing bucket of ....., Droopy realizes a "slight drift left" may serve them well.

I hope the dems are, in turn, thinking very out loud and not having another 2016 smirk & toast that they have it "in the bag".

One far left pundit/activist/rabble-rousing lightening rod who called '16, '18 & '20 correctly, has '22 a blue wave turning into a blue tsunami.

Had a link to the sub stack but it's now gone (and I'm too lazy to retrieve it), it'll be back tomorrow.

Please do not get complacent.

They need only the most modest turnout of republicans to get the House and Senate

They've rigged the polls so well via gerrymandering, roll-purges, disenfranchisement, obscure rules that let them toss ballots, ID/Jim Crow, throwing outcomes to the republican legislatures, etc. that it will take an overwhelming outpouring of voters to turn the election.

I will not be. And I can't imagine any of my friends and co-workers are blind to the 5h1t coming down.

But I hope the DNC isn't nuther.

It is exceptionally dangerous to assume the logical thinking ability of the Republican voter. After all....

They elected Trump.

Got my absentee ballots in the mail yesterday.

Gives me a chance to look up names I don't know, especially in the non-partisan school board races.

Probably have them in the mail (or hand delivered) next week.

Pay close attention to, and be very careful regarding school board elections, there is a wave of anti-science, anti-vax, anti-LGBTQ+, anti 1619 pro 1776 commission, book-banning folk who want to remodel what kids are taught.
