Putin decrees ‘martial law’ in illegally annexed territories of Ukraine

He declared martial law in a foreign country.
Maybe we can cure the flow of illegal drugs into our country by declaring martial law in Mexico, now that there’s a precedent. Maybe we should declare martial law in Canada just because we can, now that it’s a thing countries do to each other.

Maybe Mexico can annex their previous holdings in the west and Spain can reclaim Florida; France and Russia left out in the cold since they outright sold territories that actually never belonged to them.
