If only we had some sort of agreement in place to bring Iran into the international fold. We might even leverage that agreement to prevent their cooperation with hostile nations. If only.

This is the best theory I have heard, at least until Pootie denies it, which will absolutely confirm it in my mind.

I would guess any North Koreans that speak Russian are similarly involved, at least in similar support roles for their weapons that need live testing.

Iran will recall the troops soon enough because they will be needed to suppress their own people who are demonstrating.
