Never get up on ladders.

Uncle on one side of the family shattered both wrists, uncle on the other side shattered both ankles.

From falls off ladders of under 10'.

I don't wish harm to anyone. I hope he recovers, even if we have different political views.

I had a friend from work who's 60ish father died falling off a ladder cleaning his gutters. Not instantly, but from injuries within a day. There may have been a stroke involved causing the fall?

Definitely don't walk under a ladder either, I hear that's bad luck!
