Mark Pomerantz, who resigned from the Manhattan district attorney’s office last year, wrote that he had pursued a racketeering case against the former president.

Pomerantz was one of the 2 DAs who quit when Bragg dropped the Trump criminal investigation.

(oddly enough, mere days before Pomerantz' book came out, Bragg decides it's time to empanel a grand jury looking into trumpo crimes)
