Amazon "Q": will this spark a trademark battle?

Amazon just announced their AI Chat-bot named Q. I wonder how the followers of that other similarly named artificial not so intelligent chat-bot will react to this news. Can there be more than one Q? Are there any trademarks on the name?

An AI competitor should name their's "Picard"

He always outsmarted Q

The German word for contraceptive is “Schwangerschaftsverhütungsmittel”. By the time you finished saying that, it’s too late

Genius!!!

You make one called Picard and I'll make one called Jean-Luc which is almost always how Q referred to his erstwhile human friend / plaything.

The Finale showed otherwise.
Data stated the relationship between Q and Picard was along the lines of "a beloved pet"

Turns out Q considered Picard a promising student.
