Former Colorado county clerk Tina Peters sentenced to 9 years for election tampering

"There are many things in my mind that are crystal clear about this case, you are no hero," Barrett added. "You abused your position, and you're a charlatan who used and is still using your prior position in office to peddle a snake oil that's been proven to be junk, time and time again."

Barrett called the damage done by Peters to undermine the integrity of elections "immeasurable."

Can’t believe her lawyer didn’t warn her (which is to say, I bet he/she did, but Peters thought she’d stick it to the judge anyway).

The part where she whines that in prison, she won't be able to sleep on her 'magnetic' mattress that is required due to an old injury is SOOOO good.

TOO BAD BITCH! Convicts don't get their choice of custom mattress - hahahaha!

Am I a bad person for laughing all the while she was b!tching? Did she really think they'd let go of her just because she asked demanded it? tRump should be placed in stocks in every relevant town square so that his lemmings can have their way with him, armed with rotten tomatoes and other appropriate weapons. That's a pay-per-view event I'd shell out some cash for.

I do not take glee in the death of almost any human being, (scientific/biological definition) or deliberate physical injury or any kind of physical or mental torture.


That said, I'm fairy tickled at this news.

This type of sentencing and words of wisdom from the judge are too far and few between.

I hope there is more of the same coming.

There's one human being for me.

I never want anyone to be harmed. I just want their power removed from them. I still want even my enemies to have decent lives and enjoy their families.
