He's got a super portable air conditioner in there, right ?

Hopefully "something" is keeping him cool.

I'm sure he's roasting. Not only does he look overheated, but he looks very tired and a lot older than his years.

I haven't seen/talked to him in over a year, but I can definitley see a huge difference in that pic.

His Humvee hit a roadside bomb awhile back. He took a knock to his head, but no life threatening injuries. He is now suffering from headaches though, so there might be some lasting damage.

You must be really proud of your nephew, I know I'm so proud of my son.
