The Iranians have renamed Danish pastries as "Roses of the Prophet Muhammad" as "...punishment for those who started misusing freedom of expression to insult the sanctities of Islam."

I wonder if I have to order them like that at the Dunkin' Donuts?

Make fun of Israel at your discretion, Seacrest. Just don't suggest they obey international law or UN resolutions. Those are only for Iraqis and Iranians (and others to be announced).

You see Israelis are rational human beings and with all of the anti semitic cartoons already printed in the arab press, have never run around rioted looted killed and burned embasies. But that's just my opinion.

I'm having a hard time comprehending your meaning. Do you mean if a baker posts a picture of a "Danish" people will attack him? I think it's the same sort of idiocy that "Freedom Fries" were.

The failure of the editor of the newspaper (a friend of Daniel Pipes, the neocon fomenting so much hatred) or the Danish government to meet with the imams concerned about hatred being spread in Denmark's press, combined with their complicity in the illegal invasion of Iraq, and implication in abuse of prisoners there, is the cause of this rising polarization between Islam and Christianity.

Fundamentalists on both sides are itching for a fight, and apparently we're going to get it. Like the Iraq war it's a fight that didn't need to happen, and hundreds of thousands of innocent people will probably die.

Did the imams and publishers of the arab newspapers meet with the rabbis before they published the anti semitic hate cartoons?
