Admit it. You're a closet "click to revealer."

Refurb, you and Gman are the lucky winners in the ignore category so far.

Thank you! It is a privilege and an honor. I just hope you can resist responding to those you've got on "ignore" better than G'man.

Wait -- how did you know to respond to virgin if you are ignoring virgin?

We are blessed with an inordinate number of psychics (and psychotics) on this forum. We mere mortals are schlocked & awed by their powers.

From my end it's refurb and fusty...I sorta like guitarman despite his crazy ranting at times. It sure would be nice if the ignore feature would make their entire threads go away in the thread view window. It would also be pretty cool if both fusty and refurb decided to ignore me.

"In science it often happens that scientists say, 'You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,' and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. I cannot recall the last time something like that happened in politics or religion." (1987) -- Carl Sagan

Good thing Davester posted else I'd have not taken you off ignore ;)

I think censorship is the worst evil (well other than G'man rants) and fought it at AppleSwitcher and before that at DM and now think differently.

Allowing one or two posters to take over, dominate and drive new people from the forum isn't right. Loki (Refurb) and G'man are on ignore. Now if I could only find a way to ignore myself. . . . .

How is anything I've done "dominating and driving new people from the forum?" My posts are clearly labeled for content and in the designated area. If people don't want to read them they aren't forced to click on them and open them. You say you think censorship is evil, yet advocate it. If I was pm'g you, as you did me ("Do you know who I am or what I stand for?" is a question you asked that you never answered) and harassing you with spam, then you might have a point, but as long as I'm within the TOS, find a better hobby than complaining about those who have broken none of the rules.

With the ignore feature turned on you can see that a person posted, just not WHAT they posted.

And you can click on an ignored user's individual post and read it, so on the off chance that everyone starts saying "Wow, that's so funny, I loved that, good one!" you CAN see the post in question if you care to.

I'm ignoring this entire thread. I just thought you'd all like to know that. BTW, anything funny in here?
