Too bad you couldn't go into the public library system or the library of congress and set the machines to do a set of continuous searches for terms that would irritate the "eff" out of homeland security.

I guess there is always foriegn based search engines, but then who is monitoring those, you know someone is...

Thwarting the attempt is at best thereputic.

Stopping them (the government) from doing this is more effective. They won't stop themselves and you can't do this alone but by joining forces with the ACLU someting might get done.

Someone has to stop this stuff, until we elect a Congress that is representative of and responsive to the electorate, we'll need the ACLU.

For ACLU haters, ask yourself who else is ready to protect your individual rights against the might of the goverment? Anyone else come to mind?

Thanks for the reminder, Rgr. I've let my membership lapse, thinking I had more pressing needs, but I was wrong. (gasp)
