I bought one about a year ago and LOVE it. Still on the initial ink supply and bought a generic refill set for the future. I've gone through multiple ink jet and laser printers over the years and this is a game changer for me.

After many inkjets and laser printers, I bought an Eco-tank last year - and I'm in love - the ink lasts a LONG time, and is pretty cheap for refills - so far it has been a workhorse, and the wireless set up was pretty easy - about the only "hard" thing was typing in the network password on a kludgy screen.

Even before the pandemic, I rarely went to a theater to see a movie. I travel(ed) a lot for work and saw a LOT of movies on airplanes - the rest when they finally hit the various streaming services. So no, I'm not willing to pay extra - when I'm already shelling out big bucks for several services plus full package satellite. No need to see "first run" - I can wait.

We give big to our university and the rest of our donations are to local animal and arts charities and the local food bank. Giving locally generally eliminates the HUGE overheads that the big (Inter)National charities have. More bang for the buck.

We use the grain free Nature's Domain - turkey flavor - tried the salmon but it was too rich for their digestion. My vet is feeding this to his dogs.

No carpet, no drapes. Kitchen is all stainless steel. We live out in the woods - no neighbors with a sightline into the house. We have BIG dogs, so carpet is nasty - we do have area rugs.
