My brother bought a DeLorean about fifteen years ago. It had been stored in a barn in Florida. He had it shipped out to California and refurbished by the DeLorean Motor Company in Huntington Beach (mentioned in the linked article). All of the hoses and fluids had to be replaced. I went with him to pick it. In a warehouse district in Huntington Beach, there were half-a-dozen DeLoreans parked onby Todd's keyboard - Tips and Deals

There is quite a price discrepancy in chair mats. Most of the reviews also indicate that chair mats crack in a year or two (or sooner). Any tips on a chair mat for a home office with medium to light carpet? While tempting, I can't see investing $300+ dollars in a glass chair mat. Am currently leaning towards the idea that one subscribes to a chair mat, realizing that the need to purchase aby Todd's keyboard - Tips and Deals
Someone I know has a home both in the US and Europe. That person would like to spend more time in Europe but is unwilling to leave the pet dog behind for so long. If I understand correctly, it is not possible to take a dog on a commercial airliner across the Atlantic. Given the flight time, this seems reasonable. Another option is to cross the Atlantic on an ocean liner to England. From Engby Todd's keyboard - Tips and Deals

Earlier I mentioned that I'm working on a how-to book on comedy writing. I have so much respect for the collective wisdom of this group that I hope this is not considered crossing a line. As it stands now, the book is primarily for writing comedy. A second function is to also be a book that English teachers may use to help teach various aspects of (non-comedy) writing. Thanks. I've been looking at the Help contents for the Presentation module of LibreOffice, not the Text Document module. Hmm, there are two Thunderbolt ports on the dock. Neither one is marked with an icon for a computer. I suspect this is because it is a previous dock. The strange thing is, I can't find a cable with a Thunderbolt connection at each end. This computer was packed up months ago. I don't know why I did not pack the cable in the same box. Yes, I read both titles (that were packaged as one book). Apparently, Magic, Inc. is also included in an anthology of Heinlein's works, The Fantasies of Robert A. Heinlein. I was taking an Anthropology course on Magic and Shamanism around the same time I read Waldo and Magic, Inc.
