In Hamburg, 20 minutes south of Buffalo along Lake Erie we got about 14” so far. More to come later today and tomorrow. The further south from here got it a little worse.

It may sound crazy but I recommend a shop vac. The clog is built up going out. That is the way it is strongest. Suction should come up with almost no resistance and clear it out in seconds. Works wonders in sink drains too.
