I found your drive on Amazon also for $179. The product I found says (Renewed). Did you order a new or renewed product? I've had that happen to me before as I missed the Renewed tacked onto the end of the description. Not trying to stir anything up, just wondering.

I had seen that thread on Apple, but they are discussing a different problem. They can still download 1080p but their complaint is that iTunes defaults to 720p for playback. They can change that and still play 1080p. My problem is that Apple gives me an alert that Sierra can no longer even download 1080p. And like I mentioned, nothing had changed on my end. I have an old Mac that I use as a media server. It is running Sierra 10.12.6 I believe. Any time I purchase Apple movies I purchase the 1080 by default. Never had a problem before. But a couple of days ago I bought a movie and when I went to download it in iTunes I got the message on the screen that this version of Mac OS can only download and play 720p. I've been using Office 365 regularly with few problems. All of a sudden on my new Mac Studio when I open Word I get this message just below the ribbon: "We were unable to load all your fonts. In Illinois you are required to have a FOID (firearm owner identification) card and the shotgun is limited to 3 shells (a plug must be inserted that limits the number of shells to 3). You go through the same background check and 3 day waiting period as you would if buying an AR-15 or handgun.

I understand if I had just changed my mind, but this item is not functioning properly. There is a cost of doing business. I suppose the lesson learned is deciding if I want to take the chance that there won't be a problem with anything I buy from them. Question- I bought an Apple 96W USB-C charger a couple of weeks ago from our sponsors. It was for my MBP M1 Pro as my travel charger. Last week during the storm that passed through Illinois we hit the basement and I took my laptop with me and grabbed this backup charger. Sarcany, I guess I should have asked what the terminal command does before running it. But I did run it and the disk space went from 34GB to 118GB. So I recaptured some significant disk space. Now can you tell me what the command did?

I have an M1 MBP and haven't had any problems to this point. As I read the article I wondered if the fact that I have had mine in a shell case since day 1 is the reason I've not experienced any problem. The case acts like an iPhone case and definitely stiffens and protects the display. Just a thought since flexing of the lid when opening the laptop seems to possibly be part of the problem.

I had at one time installed Drive Genius that I bought from our hosts with an order I placed. I updated to an M1 mini running Big Sur and migrated my stuff over from my old Intel Mac. Should have added that mine was on a fresh M1 Mac Mini. The Top Sites did not download to it from iCloud. However, when I did the upgrade to Big Sur on my 2015 MacBook Pro, they did pop up (I upgraded over the top of Mojave).
