Anyone purchased the one they've got on sale right now? While it's probably no dremel, I'm curious for opinions. Thanks, Zby Z - Tips and Deals
Has anyone tried the rotary tool set? I saw it today - but for another $6 off I'm tempted. Thoughts? Zby Z - Tips and Deals
So weirdness has attacked my ibook and I'm faced with a copy of itunes that has decided that it doesn't want to be kept down, or at least not be running. As I'm not a terminal guru, I don't know where exactly I can look to see what is causing it to continuously relaunch. I've got the volume logic extension running - but it has been installed long before this cycle of restarting began. Otherwby Z - Tips and Deals

BGnR - it was going to sound better - The rare earth element, Bismol, is pink in its native form. - even if it wasn't entirely true. The better question would be why is PB so thick? Zby Z - Tips and Deals
Reading through the review - it says it can draw power from AA batteries or an AC adaptor... I think I'll grab one for fun and see what happens. Zby Z - Tips and Deals
Anybody ever heard of this thing or have one and can comment? The review is glowing and the price is hard to argue with - a couple of decent bookshelves and you're off - I dunno - I'm tempted. Cheaperish at target though with shipping ~$35 - - less another 10% with the occasional coupon. Temptedly - Zby Z - Tips and Deals
Just saw this in my reading and thought that the forum crew here might enjoy - (duh, this would help) take this: to this: Whee! Fun! Okay, I should go back to the lab now. Zby Z - Tips and Deals
I've been doing those for the past week - I had a 12,500 frame jobber the other day. Sigh.by Z - Tips and Deals

Sadly, I don't have a doubling credit card - though I should. CUSA has the free printer after rebate - so I'm factoring in the resale of that - maybe I'm going high and should say $200 after costs. Brand new, in box, not a demo. Thanks for the thoughts - and that was kinda my thinking as well - but I hadn't decided for certain. Alright - now to take tally of forum opinion on value of extended warranty on a new digital camera from CompUSA. Camera: Sony DSC-W7 Stock Warranty: 1 year, send to sony for service CUSA Extended Warranty: 2 years, can take to CUSA for repairs, supposedly faster, $30 Is it worth the extra $30 on an $180 camera - yea or nay?by Z - Tips and Deals
Yep - read those - and ended up just taking the plunge. 7mp versus the 5(?)mp for the W1. I think a few other little changes - but otherwise about the same. $250 out the door at CUSA after a $30 mail in rebate til 2/4. Add in an Epson R220 which is free after rebate, and figure +$60 after it's sale - net cost of $190 - which I can handle. Need to find me a mini tripod or make one of those waby Z - Tips and Deals

As to how often replacement is necessary - from the factory, it depends on the car and the mileage. Call me biased, but I don't expect the struts in a Kia to last 91,000 miles - but that's only tangentially related to the question. Annnyway - if you are mechanically inclined, you can do this project yourself. That is, if the project needs to be done - and by your question, I'm assuming thatby Z - Tips and Deals
<helpfully moved to the proper forums>... I know, I know - there are reviews aplenty online and around - but what does the forum community feel about the Sony DSC-W7? Yes, slightly higher memory costs due to memory sticks - but otherwise - any hands on experience? Using or abusing the same printer deal as the Coolpix 5600 on the other site main page, I figure net cost to be around $20by Z - Tips and Deals
