Finally bought a Convection oven on Prime Day as well, $50 off! Got the Cuisinart Chef’s Convection Toaster Oven TOB-260N1 based on the Wirecutter review. Just lovin' it. Leftover Pizza is great. Wife made some Tuna Steaks. Great on the outside, tender and moist inside. Put some banana bread slices in there this morning. Added butter at the last minute. Delicious
