I agree with the "hand it over yourself" suggestions. The prepaid card seems to be a good idea; I'd bet she would have less resistance because it doesn't feel like real money.
Life is too strange nowadays to send it anonymously. Might flip her out or make her think she's got a stalker on her hands if it's anonymous.

That looks familiar from my parents house circa 1965 (bought new). I took the old piece several years ago, stripped it and found that it was made of mahogany under the paint. It stained beautifully.

I'm with Paypal using a credit card that I use for internet and restaurants purchases only--anytime my number leaves my hand.
I use Paypal only for Ebay. I do find better deals on Ebay for some things, so I'm a happy Ebayer.

Perhaps you need to use the 1040 for that "Other Income" line.
My basic premise with the IRS is that I don't want to do anything that draws attention to me. I obey the law, but I want to do it quietly! That's why I wouldn't add it to line 12 with a copy of the check. It's an odd thing to do, so it might draw the attention of our friendly civil servants!

Probably the cheapest is to buy a phone card at Sams/Costco. I think it's slightly less than .03 per minute. Program you phone to call the 800 number, then the card code. Takes a moment, but it's cheap.
Having said that, I use the Costco deal. I think I pay .06 without any monthly fees. There is no low usage fee.
Here is a list of some other cheap folks: . I haven't changed from Costc

Yep, it's bad that it happened, but let's be a bit more complete:
"The spilled oil spread over 1.9 acres of snow-covered tundra and the environmental impact remains unknown..."
For a bit of perspective: "Alaska's biggest oil spill was the 11 million-gallon Exxon Valdez disaster of 1989. Crude oil from the grounded Exxon tanker spread to 1,300 miles of coastline, including sit

I'd do it myself.
You can get waxes with a bit of stain in them that might help match the old with the new. (I imagine you can add some stain to wax, although I've never done it).
I used to have a waxed floor and I used a Sears home buffer every year or so. I have also borrowed a small industrial buffer that was faster, although not easier. I would be sure to wipe up the whole area with

Does everybody remember playing with the mercury from broken thermometers when we were little kids? Maybe you've got to be pretty old for that one. We seemed to survive.
I'm with Tofer--vacuum and forget. Maybe toss the vacuum bag if you're feeling concerned.
However, after I wrote the above and before I posted this, I googled "mercury thermometers" and found this site: and th

This helps reduce unwanted cc applications:

Bet you'd find overall better benefits/pay at GA Tech or GA State, for non-professor positions. Somewhat less at GA Perimeter College than Emory, but much easier parking! Depending on what you're looking for, you might want to look at CDC, as well.
