We have Tmobile; our house is on the edge of a tower signal, so your question is one I've wondered about as well.
FWIW, last year we had 3 different phones at one time on our family plan (Moto V300, Samsung E105, Nokia brick ?). The Moto and Nokia had a much better signal than the Samsung; as I recall, there wasn't any substantial difference between them.

I use the Starwood AMEX; we stayed at a Sheraton in Nashville for 3000 points (=$3000 spent) on Sat night. Card cost $30-$35 per year.

One other consideration is whether you'll be able to recoup your transaction costs if you, in fact, move in 3-4 years. If housing prices stop their upward movement, you really might be in a bit of a hole when all is said and done. Of course, that depends on the local housing price movement, how much renovation/remodelling you do, and whether you'll use an agent to sell your house. Might be bet

This morning I measured out oatmeal in a 1/2 cup measuring cup, then 2 cups of water in the same cup. Assumed the water cleaned out the oatmeal, so I put it down by the stove and will use it again tomorrow--maybe for Cream of Wheat!

There's an article in this month's "SmartMoney" entitled, "Watch Out Google."
Barry Diller now owns Ask.com (Ask Jeeves) and, not suprisingly, says it's smarter than Google. SmartMoney seemed impressed with the limited searching they reported on.
I'll try it again; I've been googling for several years.

As a long time This Old House watcher...
Can he use some of that new flexible piping that clamps rather than solders/glues to go from floor to floor? If so, it might not be a complete tear-out, but small holes or no wall holes by fishing it from one floor to another.

I think I saw a generic drain adapter demonstrated on the "Ask This Old House" show a couple of months ago. Perhaps it's worth a call to a plumbing supply house.

The service is obstensibly for parents, employers, etc. As long as the person knows they're being tracked, I'm ok with it. As a parent, I'd like to be able to know where my dependent kid is. I'd also like her (and her boyfriend!) to know that I know. But, the boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife stalking thing is spooky.
I think that the key to this whole thing is that they send out periodic,

Well, they are not exactly shining lights of academe, but they're not as bad as generally publicized. Much of the "quality" measure that gets bandied about comes from national SAT scores. We rank 49, last I heard.
However, if you take into account the

He sold 5 of these back in Nov and Dec and it looks like the same picture used for each. He could have a couple of logic boards or his previous sale could have gone south. I would bet that it is not a non-working board that he got back to protect his feedback, because selling it again will likely wreck his feedback.

They sell a couple of different lines, distinguished by the internal springs, etc. Within the lines, they have specific models distinguished by the amount of padding; more padding costs more.
They have a "comfort policy" that allows you to bring a mattress back for up to a year if you don't like
