I tend to agree with the court's ruling here. All they are saying is that the governor has the authority to make such an executive order based on the emergency powers given to him. Go with the new watch. You can get a new Applecare warranty on it, and you'll be set for another few years. Besides the improved technology, by the time you add up paying for the extended warranty and paying for the repair, you will be part way to a new watch.
