Was at an event last Thursday where the videographer was using a Sony a6100 but had a Canon lens adapter. Said he saw no reason to replace his "excellent Canon lenses" and was much cheaper getting the adapter. Likes the mirrorless camera and must be on the forum as he felt he had to go Sony for cameras!by DP - Tips and Deals

Buuut, if so, how does its light reach us at all, if the distance between us increases faster than light can travel? Dark Energy. Although-if someone can answer this-if all galaxies are flying away from each other, how is it that we're going to merge (or collide) with Andromeda in 5 billion years? Which kinda sucks. This! It's amazing from the standpoint that Earendel probably has "burned out" a long, long, long time ago. It would be cool if we could see the sky as it is right now rather than how it looks 100, 5,000, a billion years ago. I've been keeping up with Betelgeuse, the HUGE red giant in Orion. How big is it? It's so big that if were where our Sun is, B's outer surface would be at Jupiter. Mby DP - Tips and Deals

I was just thinking about you the other day! I have been using my Mini 9 (MacArtist set it up for me) as a digital wallet but that now is going by the wayside. Newer camera images won't upload to it even tho all I'm trying to do is store them on it until I can get them to my work computer. It still works just fine, tho! Well, if you can't use it anymore, then move on, I'd say. AFAIK, Aperture was based on Lightroom and you can get a subscription for $99 per year-you get Lightroom, Photoshop, and Camera Raw (as a standalone app) for that price. Yeah, it's annoying, but you'd be comfortable with it and that's just the way things are going. Subscriptions.by DP - Tips and Deals
