Here in Northern IL (Rockford area, and also far western Chi suburbs) it's definitely a buyers market right now - very very hard to sell a home, even when priced a substantial amount under competing homes in the same subdivisions. Not a good time to try and sell. Or, try and build a new house while trying to sell your existing (not me, thankfully!)

I can vouch for these bulbs for absolutely beautiful color rendering Have 9 of their 45 watt versions in my photo tent and they are just perfect. Check out their monster 85w I have also tried DL bulbs from Sylvania, they are not as good - for growing tomatoes early in the spring in the basement. Their color just isn't there - but I was able to get 3 for $9 at our local Menards.

Good luck finding a cheap one right now. Supposedly converters are REALLY in demand and thieves are stealing them off cars left and right. A friend told me Sunday that his sister, who is a postal employee at the downtown Chicago post office, had her converter stolen off her less than 1yr old Jeep RIGHT IN THE FEDERAL PARKING LOT. Somebody cut it off with a sawzall in broad daylight.

1. Not legal to mix high voltage and low voltage in the same conduit. 2. Ethernet will pick up interference by running alongside AC lines UNLESS they are in a conduit by themselves.

Not easy to do - I use a plastic pry tool, to remove 4 "F" keys on 12" PB G4s all the time. You just have to determine which side to lift on, to release the snaps under the key itself, it's a scissor action to do so. They CAN break easily especially if you hit them at an angle, with a book or something like that - then you replace the whole key and scissor action from a donor ke

Yep. Had 8 copies running all at once on an 8 core Mac Pro. It was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Only way I could finally max out the processors on that system.

I can not officially comment on everything I am sure you want to know..... But you could use DVD Studio Pro to create a HD DVD VIDEO_TS folder then use Toast 8 to burn the VIDEO_TS folder to a Blu-Ray disc. I'm sure there are other ways to do the same.

No replacement MBP 15 drives available - YET. Close, not yet though. And bummer is they really do not offer any advantages to upgrade older models with. I say take it apart, take the drive out, 4 screws on top of the drive, slide cover off, remove minicd, put cover back on and reassemble. See what happens.

I like my 880. Takes some trial and error to get everything just right. My wife is not as thrilled with anything that's complex - she LOVED our old All In One. So that's one vote for a Harmony, one for "not so high tech gizzy looking"
