Ahh, that is definitely bringing back memories. Back about 10 years ago, a local company in my home town (DeKalb, IL) got a contract from Cray for "reclaiming" components from systems that were being taken out of service. Cray didn't sell systems a vast majority of the time as I understand, they would lease them to you, with employees as well. So... this place was basically a hug

Crap-Tastic here in the Chicagoland area. Snow, sleet, freezing rain, and lots of it. Moving out of our area by 10 tonight - gonna be a long ride home for many though. :>)

Behind the fuse, between the bus and the contact on the fuse. Keeps the fuse from blowing no matter what.

S rated fuses are a time delay type fuse. Designed to have a heavy load like a motor be able to start without blowing the fast acting fuse (a normal fuse). Replace it with the same one you pulled out. I was an electrician for 10+ years - and can say you should really think about having the fusebox replaced with breakers. Those are the EXACT tires I put on my 2004 Pontiac GTO 3 weeks ago. We've had 3 decent snows since then, 6", 4", and 3" - and the car goes through it like nothing. Amazing! Nearly 400HP in a rear wheel drive car - and I drive through snow better than my front wheel drive cars did. Money WELL spent. ($600, installed).
