The Overdrive version, when selecting Kindle as the format.by FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
The Amazon account name doesn't have to match the library card holder's name. I have loaded many books checked out on my son's card to my Amazon account without any problem. (I have also done so with books from my mom's library account and we don't even have the same last name...) Just log out of your Amazon account and into hers and then "check out" the Overdrive book. We had a cement basement floor that was hand poured in the 1920s and beyond repair. We put these tiles down (they were on sale at the time) and they look so much better than I had hoped! Even better than if we had leveled the floor and put down epoxy (our first idea). Plus, they are easily removed or replaced. I don't have pictures because I am out of town, but you can't see the seams andby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals

Aw, thanks for the kind words! To Black's original point - we actually spent a lot of time discussing how we thought folks would expect/want CCC to handle it - and even though it took some extra time to implement - decided it was the way to go! Ditto with the CCC 3.5 -> 4.0 migration tool. It was a huge undertaking but the team insisted that it had to be done. Thanks again, Sarahby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Did you put in a ticket with us? If not, I'd do so from within CCC and include your logs. Mike might be able to spot something strange or know which logs to look at to figure it out. It's a Monday, though, and we have all the weekend's tickets to wade through so it might be tomorrow before he can help. It sounds like you did everything right on a basic level, though. Hope you get things working!by FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
We've had great luck with Amica.by FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Slow backups are most commonly hardware issues, although I'm not sure how SD handles corrupt files. If you run a CCC backup and it is slow, submit your logs from CCC's Help menu and we'll help you pinpoint the issue. We don't charge for upgrades every time an OS is released. Usually we update CCC to qualify it on a new OS. CCC 4 was not produced *for* Yosemite, it was produced to provide lotsby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
My 9 yr old son likes the Bad Kitty series. Another vote for the Big Nate books and Captain Underpants. He also likes sci-fi and has been burning through The Seekers series, plus all of Erin Hunter's other series. Another idea is the Stink series.by FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
I've found it very easy to get infringing content removed from YouTube. I've always filled out the form: However, in this case, a privacy complaint may be more appropriate: Best of luck to your friend, Sarahby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Thanks for all the kind words! I'm still around but about three years ago my login and password stopped working and all attempts at password retrieval failed. So, as you can see, I am now FormerlySaleenl. I am still married to the author of CCC but I am now running the company and help out with support and sales requests on the side. I also heavily contributed to the CCC 4 redesign process (on aby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
I have a 9 year old and he loves his kindle. He has a classic kindle and I offered to hand down my paperwhite to him, but he declined. He prefers the physical page turn buttons and found himself accidentally turning pages or activating features on the paperwhite. While it would be nice for him to have a built-in backlight, it's also nice that he *doesn't* have one at bedtime. You could always geby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
LOL - frequented? I actually still check the forum every single day, but I'm a little quieter than I used to be. I guess two kids and a full time job will do that to a person. But, yeah, I think the big difference between CCC and SD is that we have grown the company in order to have time to develop a completely redesigned product and hired fantastic folks to help with the sales and support sideby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals

You would need to pay a yearly fee (but it is pretty low for low numbers of employees), but I used WhenToWork for years and it was a lifesaver! My employees could log in and indicate their availability and I could set max number if hours and/or days and it would auto-run a schedule. I could manually tweak it and re-run. Or block in a few promised shifts and then auto-schedule around it. We triedby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Thanks for all the praise! We were visiting our newest nephew last weekend (and he is tangentially part of the CCC family since his dad, my brother, is now doing all web programming and backend/integration programming for the company!) and that slowed down my MRF reading. We are working hard every day to make CCC a better product and have an awesome redesign (v 4.0) in the works. It will launch wby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
I've not used it, but seen this mentioned often:by FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
My first guess would be a failing cable or enclosure. When the system tries to write to a drive and has trouble, there is a certain amount of time that it tries to write the file (no way to override it) and it won't moves on to the next file until it has timed out. As you probably guessed, this process can cause a drive copy to take a very long time. Write failures are most often indicativeby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Yeah, that is definitely not a typical outcome for a drive clone. From what you described, I need a little more info to figure out why that happened. We'd be happy to take a look at your logs to see what's going on. The easiest way to do this is from within CCC: 1. Choose "Report a problem" from the Help menu 2. Enter your name, email, subject and copy in what you wrote above 3. Maby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
We are in the process of adding a new head of sales that I've been training and ramping up over the past few days, so your email has been sitting in the queue. We have been trying to figure out a solution for small businesses and have had several conversations over the past few days. The solution we're leaning towards requires a few backend changes before we roll it, though, so I didn't want to rby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
There are some price breaks for folks that need multiple licenses, especially if it is a department license or site license. If you work with clients, we are also looking to craft a reseller program that would help address your needs (you could buy a bundle of licenses at a reduced cost and resell them to your clients). We need more folks on deck to have the capacity to offer additional optioby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
Hi Paul, The registration process is really very easy (just click a link and you're done). The license also covers all of your computers; no need to purchase a license for each computer. Also, this change doesn't effect computers using older versions of the OS. For those, the older versions of CCC will still work and are all still free. This is (obviously the first time we've tried taking a fby FormerlySaleenl - Tips and Deals
