I have a 2016 3 HB 2L in the Touring trim. After ~17k miles, with a pretty even balance of in-town driving and and freeway commuting, i've averaged ~34mpg. The soundproofing/road noise could be a bit better, but it's not really that bad. If you are looking to carry people in the second row, it's decent but adults will find the legroom and headroom could be better. Up front, I find it very comfortby TL - Tips and Deals
Primary care can prescribe, from a legal perspective, more than 7 day supplies at a time. Any given doctor may elect not to, sounds like that her primary care's policy not law. There are proposals to limit acute opioid prescriptions to 7 day supplies however this has not been fully approved . Currently Ohio law permits opioids analgesics up to 90 day supply per rx, with rx valid for 14 days oby TL - Tips and Deals
Ohio does not have a 3-strikes law in regards to pain management or opiate prescribing or the like. The state medical board does recommend pain management contracts, and from what you said your wife's situation no longer met the terms of that contract. This seems to be a practice rule, and either you misunderstood what they told you, or they are falling back on a general authority to fire a patieby TL - Tips and Deals

Technically you do need a health certificate per Wisconsin rules: I've flown with a cat before as carryon, ~15 years ago (post-TSA era). Use a soft-side carrier, and make darn sure it'll fit under seat (this means double and triple check the plane size you are on and even the seat assignments because many of them have reduced under-seat storage.). Use extra puppy-pads as cushion and for accidby TL - Tips and Deals
Availability seems to vary. I grabbed a couple Kindle-branded GCs as recently as about 6 weeks ago. In-store stock might also vary from online. Converting to a GC for any other service they carry online that you also use might work for you. Netflix, Hulu, Southwest Airlines, etc. Or, wait and the offerings (goods or cards) may change.by TL - Tips and Deals
You can buy other retailer GCs with BB GCs. Amazon is usually my first choice, but iTunes and others are also options.by TL - Tips and Deals

I work for a major Rx benefits provider, and while this type of drug is normally covered under medical, the branded version of epirubicin in one strength is on our 2017 Medicare PDP formulary. Looks like our lowest-cost plan in my area for 2017 has brand Ellence in the 200mg/100ml version running full cost in the neighborhood of $225 per vial at negotiated rates. Of course the actual infusion proby TL - Tips and Deals

The promo is also happening on digital items, I got it on a Kindle book purchase. Redeem the Kung Fu Panda credit, then get an additional $1 credits on digital music (which can also be used towards kindle books, etc).by TL - Tips and Deals
How about all purchase/sales emails go to a central mailbox and users pull them to work when received? That ensures nothing is ever missed, and might speed overall processing time based on user availability.by TL - Tips and Deals
Another vote for the Tidy Cats Breeze system here. Beyond the smell issue, tracking is also greatly reduced with Breeze. I've transitioned 2 cats to it very quickly with absolutely no problems. if your cat has ever used crystal-type litter, it'll be an even easier transition, they'll be used to stepping on larger pellets.by TL - Tips and Deals

QuoteRacer X FWIW, I think you can join/pay on the phone, and immediately call for a truck. Not positive though. Call and ask. It depends on your local AAA club's policy, and whether you are a truly new member or renewing a lapsed membership. There is a "Used - Like New" condition for the OP's item. He's actually using it for his current listing. When he posted his original thread, he was using the "New" condition. You have it listed as condition "New" - Amazon requires for that condition "Original manufacturer's warranty, if any, still applies, with warranty details included in the listing comments." I see Noot offers a warranty but their website doesn't specify if that applies to the original owner or not. They are probably talking about a claim of infringement ( ) . If so, assuming your item is genuine and you listed appropriately then doctrine of first sale applies and your listing should remain up, so they really shouldn't initiate a takedown for this reason. From what you said, they have already done so successfully to other sellers, so I wouldn't count on them agreeing with your position.by TL - Tips and Deals
If there is a generic manufacturer you prefer, your mail order pharmacy can probably order it for you. Depending on the pharmacy policy, you might be able to make that request, or your Rx may need to be noted by your prescriber to be dispensed only as that specific manufacturer with the reason for the request stated on the Rx. You can use retail if that works with your prescription plan, or checkby TL - Tips and Deals

Airport locations, by virtue of location at the airport, generally have to charge a whole bunch of extra fees. Most cities see it as their civic duty to fund various local expenses by charging travelers, and that means airport concessions fees are tacked onto rental cars, shopping, hotels, etc. Off-airport locations aren't charged these extra fees by the cities they are in, and also tend to haveby TL - Tips and Deals
QuoteDon C(Why the original prescription is not "prior approval" I do not understand!) Your doctor okays you taking the med when you are given a prescription. The prescription itself is not an authorization for someone (other than you) to pay for it. Most insurance plans cover most drugs without issue, but some drugs require prior auth. A prior auth is basically a determination tby TL - Tips and Deals
