Tone was my go to for as long as it lasted..... still have a few bars left that I'm rationing for their duration. Had I known Tone was gonna vanish for good during the pandemic, I woulda stockpiled a multi-lifetime supply. In the meantime, the Dial glycerin based flavors are palatable, and some of Dove's non-potent, and Men's + flavors are holding their own. In the non-bar department, Mrs. Buzz mby Buzz - Tips and Deals
We got a bit of annoying rain last night..... just enough to wake you up and let you know it was raining. Dried up quickly in the morning sun. I guess we'll see what Hilary brings in the coming days.... OTOH, lit'l bro is in Cabo for another couple of days, looks like he'll get out just in time on Friday. ==by Buzz - Tips and Deals
It’s heated, can I add cooling? Dopey me bought heated seats in van...., hoping that we could get butt heater moved to the low back. No joy. Never use the butt heater, but hooked up a heating pad to an inverter to use for the low back. OTOH, our Acura MDX ("Dr. X") came w/ heated/cooled perforated seats--- cooling is way nice feature. Suggestion would be to find desiredby Buzz - Tips and Deals
Quotemodelamac Clone to an external drive, erase the M1 and take your chances. The clone will look like the M1 to the M2. So are you saying? or just hoping? that the new CCC will play nice enough w/ an external clone, that it'll be just like being back in Catalina again? Issue is sending M1 down the road before M2 is in da house, so there won't be any do-overs. If it doesn't worby Buzz - Tips and Deals
Quotehal nothing in the world fits size 8 AND size 14 - it's a LIE! As a bigfoot, I have to deal with this all the time... I'm just happy they're finally going up to size 14..... the little footers can deal w/ cutting 'em down to size. ==by Buzz - Tips and Deals
Not a new problem; my favorite cousin found his dad's .22 pistol, hidden, but unlocked, high up in the master bedroom closet, while he was left home alone at 12 years old....., and shot himself in the head. Rest of the family returned to find him dead on the floor. That was in the 1950's. Got kids and guns? Lock 'em up properly at all times..... otherwise you make have to find a new favorby Buzz - 'Friendly' Political Ranting
Looking to save/move M$ Office and Adobe single machine lifetime license apps from M1 MBA to (soon to be) new M2 MBA or MBP. Hitch in the giddyup is probability of sending the M1 MBA down the road prior to acquiring its replacement, so I won't be able to cable 'em together and migrate directly..... For $5 more, I'd get sekker's 11-1 bigger bro, Anker 565 which has lots of good compatible ports, and ample power delivery bandwidth. Currently $55, which is *killer* deal....., I paid a bunch more a year ago, not sure how long it's on AMZ deal status for. On the flip side, if your travel/mobile needs are mainly USB centric, a simpler USB C hub may fill the bill. Big fan of small Rosonway hubs foby Buzz - Tips and Deals

Quotekj I've seen those many times race at the Monterey Historic Races, Laguna Seca. They could hang with the 289 cobras, somehow. I don't think they got lapped by the 427's either. One of the greatest Alfas. May have been the TZ1 I saw, but pretty similar (same engine, I think). It's car week in Monterey now, leading up to the Concours next week. OMG. My inner Hawaiian is crying. Very, very sad. Been there many, many times. Like Michael, Maui honeymooners here, too.... stayed at the old Maui Prince in Wailea/McKenna area. Speaking of not thinking; while in the car/MS-DOS vein, I bet some ancient "Disk Copy"-esque utilities would probably work if you could get them to recognize the SD card. Also, I've got some early digicam era, digital media recovery utilities that would probably work. SanDisk, Lexar, etc., and others have recovery utilities that I imagine oughta work. I think you're in pretty good shapeby Buzz - Tips and Deals
Michael just gave me an idea.... maybe put a single, thicker pane in, instead of trying to recreate a double pane solution? Trying to home brew a legit double-pane fix, unless you're in the biz, is near impossible. Also maybe go w/ Lexan, or other non-glass material for possible better insulation, and/or think about getting film for the entire window. 2¢ Buena suerte. Mazel tov. Pomaby Buzz - Tips and Deals
