For some reason I couldn't open the image, but I found this web site (Gizmodo) that shows the same images. The difference between the Spitzer image and the Webb image is absolutely stunning.

The cabinets above our range are spaced the same width of the range. Consequently, any hood wider than the range would have required major cabinet surgery. With my woodworking skills it would have been uber ugly.

If the lamp is exposed to the sunlight a good part of the day you might want to take a look at this solar one. The solar panel can be placed anywhere within 16' of the light. I have had one for over 2 1/2 years and it still works quite well. Puts out a fair amount of light when it comes on.

Thanks Sarcany. Spotlight is now reindexing. When it finishes I will use my MBP for awhile to see if the notification comes back. I'll post back, probably this afternoon depending on how long the reindexing takes. No joy, although the it seems to happen less often. I probably did something wrong. Thanks Sarcany.
