Batteries don’t last forever. Phones aren’t supported forever. Depending on your carrier, you might get a real nice trade-in price for it towards a 13. Verizon at least is paying $400 for a 7. I assume AT&T is similar. Then you could use that for another five years and do the same thing. Or, if they keep offering what some of the carriers are offering right now, you could just keep swappiby BernDog - Tips and Deals

Make sure all the ports are clear and there is no gunk in the sprayer arm. Might need to take it outside and use the garden hose to fully check. If any of the holes get plugged by debris, it may prevent the arm from spinning.by BernDog - Tips and Deals
Why worry about an old battery if it’s going to be plugged in? No more chance of it blowing up over a newer one, just short life away from the plug. Also, can it stream from another computer on the network? If so, no concern about capacity. An iPod touch would be unobtrusive and fit the bill.by BernDog - Tips and Deals
There’s a company that pays for access to our city’s utilities customers and bombs us with junk mail. I can’t remember the name right now, but it exists. If I happen to get a mailing in the next day or two I’ll post back. It does exist, though. They offer us water line coverage. Not sure if they do sewer or not. I’m in Iowa. Ok, I just did a quick google search and this came up: . Noby BernDog - Tips and Deals

Samsung says unplug the hdmi and run the setup again. I doubt that would fix it, though, since other functions work fine. I’d troubleshoot with my Samsung and Apple TV, but I don’t think my cable is up to it. I think it probably uses the same connectivity as ARC. My cable is too old to support it and it’s run through the wall.by BernDog - Tips and Deals
Does the TV need to be on to receive controls over HDMI? Seems like that’s something that should just work since TVs don’t really turn off anymore anyway. Maybe some setting to receive signals when powered off needs to be checked somewhere on the TV?by BernDog - Tips and Deals

When you get a new faucet, which it sounds like you will, make sure it’ll take standard replacement aerators. They make special ones that are easier to clean. Some are actually self cleaning, but I have some that have a button you can push right in the middle that opens everything up and let’s the chunks flow out. I’ve still had to open it up to clean it manually once or twice, but it’s bby BernDog - Tips and Deals

I’m much more inclined to take a lower offer if I’ve had the item listed for a while. Sometimes I’ll have a low offer hours after I put the listing up. I do a best offer if I’m not completely sure I’ve read the market right, but an immediate offer isn’t going to get much leeway. Stuff that I’m confident will sell at the price I’ve posted does not have offer enabled. I’ve hadby BernDog - Tips and Deals
