One reason that he was fired and replaced promptly on various shows as soon as the accusations first broke was his "toxic workplace behavior" when he (rarely) showed up for work. It was extreme enough to indicate mental illness. I wonder whether his reps will use that.

Generally, there is no way to seal a criminal record in the federal criminal courts. There are however, notorious delays in publication. This may simply be a case of extremely slow processing. I've heard of people "lost" in the system for up to a couple of years.

Over two dozen complaints because he had been waving the gun around and displaying it in front of the children. Kids were kept off of the playground because the school administration believed that he posed a threat. Yeah, this guy should’ve had his gun taken away. He was wildly irresponsible.
