I don't think either will allow for download playback -- both are streaming only. That said and legality aside there are third party apps that allow you to download from streaming services. I saw on the morning news/talk shows that GM and Ford offered 20% respectively and Chrysler (Stellar something new name) offered 17.5 I kinda agree on walking back the concessions from when they were tanking in 2008 now that the industry is healthier but 40% and a 4 day work week? I just want to see how it plays out - that is a bit of an over reach
