I have the screens. I've researched and purchased several of others (including Dell's nice USB-C version), and yes this price is just too good (i.e. scam), unfortunately. Even their 'real price' is only $77.56, which is a red flag.

Usually the Roku will control the TV volume through the HDMI (commands). If your Vizio is a little older, or depending on the port plugged in, it might not work this way. If your Roku remote is a straight RF (and does not inlcude Infrared at the end/tip), then you might purchase a replacement remote that is compatible and does Infrared, and then it will control the volume with IR normally.

Use them (or any similar device you'd like). It will not cause any issues, and although not always precise (due to how they connection and report back), it is better than nothing, gives piece of mind, and sort of fun to look at where your bag/luggage is at sometimes.

The good, old Windows 7 'Backup and Restore' utility is still in Windows 10/11 (and probably will be going forward - many places still use this engine for PXE cloning/imaging of machines) for complete (scheduled) system imaging/restoring of the machine. It will not be bootable. Fast restoring after booting from the 'System repair disc' (boot disc you create with the utility or download one). Y

Just run the built-in 'Windows 7' backup and restore, and back up a full system image. Super-easy, and fast to restore. I purchased a MakerBot Replicator x2 back in 2013 - later that year also picked up the MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner. I hate to admit, but I probably have not used either in at least 5 years. Carriers reuse tracking numbers often, as they sunset the tracking numbers for shipments after a certain date (usually several months down the road, possibly into a a year+). I haven't looked into it any further details that this post, and maybe I am misinterpreting it, but what I'm seeing if they are offering a service to archive that tracking number for you, if something like that is needed
