I’m a little confused but the article doesn’t actually say if the sale requires the consent of both hall and Oates. And what happens if only Oates sells, etc. I wonder if it is like when a house is being sold by joint owners. Unless both agree, the sale doesn’t happen. Just wondering.

I’ve had a screen protector that got scratched or it aged and changed properties so that it wasn’t the touch properties of the watch were acting wonky. It happened to me. Changing the protector/case cured it.

Had it been cleaned and a new screen protector (if it has one) put on it? I have a series 0 watch 2013 that is still chugging along even with a major crack on the face. Good luck

ikea has an inexpensive ($15) bluetooth speaker which is water resistent and has the ability to be paired (wirelessly) with a second identical speaker as a stereo pair. ps: ok, now that i read your requirements, the ikea is not in the class.

waiting out the fire is necessary because it is the combination of intense heat, tightly packed cells and the fact that the fire isn’t using atmospheric oxygen. it makes you wonder if ev fires in an apartment complex underground parking lot wouldn’t be a big problem , bigger then a gas engine event.

Went over to give a friend a hand with setting his front yard. Very elaborate (he is in film effects). Fog machines, flashing lights, couple of giant spiders on house. Lots of kids 200-300. Most common was Wednesday Adams (20), next was princess peach (Mario brothers).

Hackaday podcast recently talked about clock speed and cpus. They said that makers have not been increasing clock speed as much in favor of more cores. Clock speed increases come with increased heat apparently. So easier to throw more cores and get performance that way. My 2 cents

I have been using my Apple Watch for several years to link to Siri to send text messages. A friend’s name (ie: siri send text to “her name”). Suddenly in the last week, Siri says she is not recognized. Still on the contacts list. So nothing has changed.

In my experience nuke and pave is never a bad idea. The problems come up when you try to find all the fonts, utility programs, drivers to get things going again. But the system usually runs more smoothly.

Question about doing a will which leaves to someone a house ($250k) with mortgage ($200k balance). They don’t have the income or resources to qualify for a mortgage but could handle the monthly payments as they are now. But that isn’t a possibility is it? They will have to qualify for a new mortgage, yes? So it doesn’t really help this person very much to leave them a house. Just asking.

I’d love to see a rerelease of an airport wifi station but that is the kind of commodity product that Apple would not be doing. I could see apple releasing a home internet 5g product with a lot of bells and whistles including hone pod features and add-on hone security. A monthly subdcription would one that adds to their cash stream without canibslizing a present one.

Another thing to think about when you use a sugar substitute for other uses like baking . Is that “bulk” of the substitute maybe very different and that could throw off the recipe.
