I have some text, which I have turned into an outline. I can now drag around any given point in the outline, so I can make my letters all pointy and weird. (Whee!) How can I add points to the outline? In other words, if I want to turn a letter "i" into a downward-pointing arrow, I'll need to create the point, and some little sticking-out flared bits, etc. How is this done, please?

Does a President-elect have tacit authority? Does a President have authority, if the talks are secretive? I'm guessing lots of people must have tacit authority, only because I'm assuming there must talks going

The topic of discussion was whether dispatching folks to engage in discussions with other countries was necessarily a presidential act.
