I'm dubious of the battery-killing RAM as well...but I'm struggling to think of Apple's rationale for not supporting it otherwise. Snap it circuits used to and Legos still help bridge the near 7 year gap [2.25 / 4.5] amongst my 3. It's definitely a challenge and I would anticipate some days that nothing will work for both (or either for that matter)...which you shouldn't feel guilty about, IMHO. Play with the 3-year-old and tell the 7-year-old to read, play with the 7-year-old and 'sacrifice' the 3-year-old to some TV if neeby St. Bernard - Tips and Deals

Can't beat Racer X's response but yes, I use them with some regularity. I find them valuable in organizing relatable information with multiple facets or branching paths that you still want to see in roughly a single viewport. It was a good move for Durant. Yes, it was 'weak' in the sense that Durant prioritized winning over the struggle to win. But what is sports about? Is about trying to win or winning? I am concerned about exactly this, mattkime, but didn't know if the state of cam tech has advanced to make it less of a worry. camerasize.com is awesome. I'm taking the fam on our first big trip in a while and am considering my photo options. I've got a Canon T3i about which I love everything...except its heft. I've got the 18-200 IS lens as the 'walk-around' for its amazing ability to go from portraits to distance. I've got the cheap 1.8(?) 50mm which definitely takes nicer portraits at the expense of requiring more deliberation. And I've got a 4by St. Bernard - Tips and Deals

I have always broadcast my SSID without too much care, obviously with WPA2 / AES enabled. I really haven't dug in to the details around Internet of Things/connected home devices, but thought I'd take a baby step for the holidays. My goal seems reasonably and small: I'd like to turn on/off a light and TV by voice. Doing so via web/mobile app is a nice-to-have and possibly nice extension for future possibilities I haven't really thought about yet. Running OS X 10.10.5 on MBPR and Safari 9.0 is absolutely pegging my CPU at 160-240%. No content pulled up, a blank page with the list of favorites and my fan is running like crazy.
