I bought my wife a new Macbook Air and did the Apple buy back thing, where they credited $460 for my old 2016 Macbook Pro. Went through the process of signing out of everything and resetting NVRAM and unpairing everything, reinstalling a fresh version of the OS. thanks for the suggestions, I like the idea of skipping Catalina and waiting for a stable iteration of Big Sur. Her setup is very stable and there would be no reason to upgrade except theoretical security from latest OS. her setup - 2017 iMac with 1 TB SSD, 10.14.6 Mojave. Her email is IMAP.

pRICE cUBE, The driver is part of what I meant. Our iPhones have such good cameras, why not use them instead of the dinky little things squeezed into the screen? Or some Logitech piece of plastic? I don't know anyone who is using the kinoni driver and do not want to install some possible junk code. I am running Catalina on my MacBook and her iMac is in Mojave - she gets mad at every system

People are recommending purchasing a $300 or so webcam for use when teaching classes on Zoom, instead of iMac built-in camera. Why not though, just use an iPhone? Have it be an extra administrator. Have any of you done this?
