I might think of renting it until the market turns around. Usually for a 10 percent fee a realtor will manage the property for you. I spent many years with my family vacationing at Caswell Beach. My ex owns a home on Long Beach. I just hate the idea of you losing potential value when you could, most likely, have a decent source of income until the housing market finds it's footing again. With companies like Time Warner introducing metered internet service, you may find downloading movies via Apple, Netflix, etc. a tad more expensive. They are putting a cap on downloads per month and charging up to 1.50 per gig for "overuse". Its just a matter of time before other ISPs jump on this wagon.

Hard drive suggestions for backup - 13 years ago

Looking to purchase a external 1TB HD with USB and FW options. After hardwiring for original backups, I would like to use Time Machine via Airport Extreme for incremental backups. I need to back up my old G4 (320), a Powerbook (80), a macbook Pro (120), and an iMac (320). Any suggestions? MyBook Studio Extreme??? I have had good service out of my WD internals in the past.

I was diagnosed last year with type2. I take Metformin to keep it under control. I am committed to getting off the Met with excercise and diet. The diabetes brings a host of problems that nobody should endure. Extreme fatigue, numbness in extemeties, erectile dysfunction among a few.
