Use 'yadeX' to extract the footage as one VOB file. Take that file and edit with 'mpegstreamclip' and resave as a VOB file. Make a dvd of that new file without having to re-encode. I use mpeg4works as Toast takes a long time.

I want to be able to set it to go off every 15 minutes so I can get up out of my chair, and it has to be able to indicate this with a visual in the dock as I keep the sound very low on my computer at work. My search did not find such a thing. Does anyone knowof such an app?

How does this translate into real world pefromance? Also, I'm curious what happens to the 2012 Minis that all these retailers had 2 weeks ago. I don't see any of them for sale anywhere. I balked at paying full price for a computer that is 2 years old already, but a lot of you are thinking that is the better route.

I hate the glossy monitor on the imac. If they offered a matte finish I'd probably go for one of those and I do not want to get the imac and cover it with some silly piece of vinyl.

I see they are $490 at Best Buy, the sales tax bumps it up to $521. The lowest price I've seen for a new mini.

you could say that about any model or celeb these days..i recall scanning c-prints for conde naste back in the '90s, you could visibly see the retouching on the print itself and they would usually request more once the image was in digital form...

so i was cleaning out my hard drive this past week and noticed i have some wav files that are DTS 5.1..is there any solution for burning them?..toast 10 can't even play them and my google search didn't come up with very much information...

i use net10, nice value as they don't charge an access fee to use their network..at&t for example charges $1 each day you make a call so simply making one call per day costs you minimum $30

i've had the 12X12 back in the os9 days and i really liked it as it was almost a 1 to 1 ratio to my monitor..the smaller sizes really amplify the motion of the pen and there is no way to reduce the sensitivity of the tablet...

forget the G5, mine is dead after only 4 1/2 years of use and from what i hear the failure rate among the G5 towers due to bad motherboard is about 24%..that is ridicules considering what Apple charges for them, i bought a refurb. mac mini a month ago and the thing is great, quite fast and very quiet but all the wires i now have due to external peripherals is quite an eye sore..just make sure to
