Welcome to the world of printing. One of the big questions you will eventually have to answer for yourself is - How good do I want to get? You can take a big first step by just using a profiled monitor, profiled printer/paper combinations and learning how to adjust using soft proofing. After that you are on a never ending road chasing perfection. The journey can be a ton of fun but the bby pipiens - Tips and Deals
KK is a modern city there is a complete range of hotels to choose from including a Hyatt. I stayed at the Tanjung Aru-outstanding! At another extreme you can probably stay with some Dayaks in a long house. There is a lot of diversity around. Kadazans, Chinese, Banjaus, Maylays and a bunch of others. English is pretty common. You can find a lot of interesting faces around town. Eating can beby pipiens - Tips and Deals

Mattkime is right. You need a profile for your monitor and a profile for each printer/paper combination. Here is a good book on the subject. An alternate to the eye-one is Colormunki.by pipiens - Tips and Deals

My nephew, a first year architectural student, "dropped" his new Mac Pro notebook. Reportedly it looked like a "W" . He took it to the Apple Store where they noted that that kind of damage was not covered, but offered to replace it for $200.by pipiens - Tips and Deals

QuoteJimmypooMaxim Fantastic anatomy coverage that you might enjoy RE-learning about yourself. Otherwise.... $99/year for students. Scientific American is also excellent and while popular, still "valid" as a journal. I have a different view of Scientific American. It was once one of my favorites. It turned from a popular mag to serious in 1948. I read every issue from 19by pipiens - Tips and Deals

QuoterazRule #1: never play games for money with professionals In this case this is good advice. I have known some of the big players personally and can assure you that you are out classed. You can also be sure that you cannot begin to really get your head around it unless you are at the very least a top quality mathematician or physicist. I don't know. All the current ones I've seen are APC . On another topic. Not all surge protectors are the same. I have used Isobar over the years with good results. The elcheapos seem to have nothing in them.by pipiens - Tips and Deals
If you want to save some bucks you can get a refurbished unit with a new battery. The previous advice about AVR, surge protectors, cable/modem all seem right on to me. I use an IBM badged units made by APC. They have slightly better protection than the equivalent APC Smart-UPS 1500 unit .by pipiens - Tips and Deals
