I have a dual G5 running 10.4.11 . I have two displays connected and would like to control which display has the menu bar and dock. They are both 30" displays an Apple and a Dell. The menu bar always appears on the Apple. Switching ports has no effect. It seems to me that I have done this sort of thing before by selecting the connector to plug in a specific display. But that doesn't work

It is easy to understand. IBM used to dominate in the same fashion as Microshaft. They had lousy technology and ruthless marketing. It works. Remember 1/2 of the people out there are below median intelligence. I hope that Apple does not give up quality in exchange for market share. Electronics sometimes degrade instead of outright failure. If the connection were lost at the logic board it likley would not see the notebook either.

Canola oil is frowned upon my some oncologists . One of them I know of says " avoid Canola oil at all costs. You can find a ton recommendations that say just the opposite. A recommended "good" oil with a high smoke point is Avocado oil. It is excellent for frying.

There is only one camera of that type that I know of, the Canon G9, that will take Raw format pictures. It is pretty new so there is not much in the way of reviews. There is a review here: It only has a 6x zoom but I find the Raw capability an overwhelming plus..

It happens to all of us sooner or later. The rule I try to follow is to keep liquids in my hand while drinking ,otherwise at a lower level than any electronics. I do kick it over from time to time but that is the rug's problem. Good Luck Pip
