Not getting numbed is no comparison to being a boxer. It's not that bad. You've just been conditioned to be afraid of a little pain. I have been doing this since I was about 13. Cavities, root canals.

I have installed sprinkler systems. I think they are easy. Took me about 1.5 days to do mine. And I could do it faster now.
