So, what to do? I don't have much time these days for exercise but I eat healthy. The only thing i get to do is a bit of weights and some short-distance walking. Running is out because i have a bad back. Which diet do people trust? SB or Atkins still in vogue? I did my own version of Atkins some years back, but i was a gym hound back then, too. I sometimes get the "feeling old" feeling when listening to certain music. But, yes, to answer your question. Smell is a huge memory trigger for most people. I can pinpoint my first GF's - first date - perfume from 25 years ago like it was yesterday.
