For some reason, the iMac is not recognizing the printer and will only let me use the generic Gimp Print drivers. However, my specific Canon printer isn't listed in the Gimp Print list. And, it will not accept the Canon driver in the printer library.
I called AppleCare but they were less than helpful, blaming it on the router, which I doubt.
I think that, OS X just doesn't like the printe

The amps that you can buy at Radio Shack, Best Buy, etc. tend to screw up cable internet signals, so do as they say above.
If you are still getting poor speeds, make Comcast come out and check your lines. Most likely it is something on their end and not anything you or the VPN client has done.

I have a Buffalo AirStation WBR-G54 router. Do I need to do anything special to have it pass AppleTalk packets (is that the right word?) from my wife's iMac (wirelessly connected via Airport) to my USB printserver that is connected to the router via one of the Ethernet ports?
I've called Buffalo Tech support a couple of times, but now just wait on hold for 20 minutes, then leave a voice mail

Check to make sure this message is also in your "My Messages" section of your eBay account. I've received 2 of these emails over the last 3 weeks that were very obvious Phishing scams.
Don't open your eBay account from the email message, they may very well just be skimming your account access.

I've been in the Dead Sea twice on trips to Israel, Summer 1987 and Summer 1990.
The water feels very greasy. DO NOT shave the morning prior to going for a swim. Very very painful. DO NOT get any of the water in your eyes. The worst stinging you can imagine.
DO rub the mud on yourself. The high mineral content is great for your skin.

I realize that I still have a couple of days to get them done, but figured what the heck, I'd go ahead and finish them.
I ended up owing the Feds but GA owes me, so it works out to only $300 out of my pocket. Not too bad since I got hit by the AMT this year.

I bought some Dr. Brown's Black Cherry yesterday when stocking up on Matzah and other Passover food. I used to drink it all the time but haven't had any in years. It was part of the Passover item display at Krogers near me.

Were they part of the annuals that were 5 for $10? I think those are the same ones that I bought today, very pretty pink flowers and yellow/red flowers.
If those are the ones you are talking about, I planted mine in full sun areas in the yard and by the mailbox. I hope they'll do okay. None of the pots had any tags or labels.
If those aren't what you are talking about, then I'm no help t

I do comparison with Orbitz or SideStep, then use the coupons I have.
I find that Alamo is the cheapest and often gives free upgrades when you get out to the lot where the cars are. I've gotten a free upgrade from a midsize to an SUV in Denver twice b/c the person didn't feel like looking for a midsize but they had an entire row of SUVs.

I was there 10 years ago during my senior year of medical school at MCG. Wednesday practice round - watched Tiger (as an amateur) with Jack and Arnie... one of the greatest things to watch.
I grew up watching it on TV and drove past the National almost every day for four years, but it is a totally different world inside those fences.

Hey Rhonda,
Thanks for thinking of me, just down the road in Roswell. *sarcastic smile*
We actually did fine and slept through most of it. The lightening woke me up around 6ish. My daughter was awake when I went in to check on her at 7, but I'm not sure how long she had been awake. Wife and son are in Ohio for the weekend.

As I stated above, you can use the house wiring with any of the VoIP adapters. You just have to disconnect the wiring where it comes in to the junction box (usually outside). The plug in the wire from the VoIP adapter to any outlet and you're good to go.

SunRocket had a deal this past weekend where they doubled their standard $199 for a full year of their VoIP service. You got an extra year for free.
The regular of $199 for 12 months is also great (bonus phones thrown in). I signed up a couple of weeks ago. I have a temporary number from them while I'm waiting for my regular phone number to port over. I have my main phone number forwarded
