Raffensberger was smart to record this and to have it released to the media. He did not break any GA laws by doing so. Major CYA for him. I just hope it affects the voting turn-out on Tuesday (in a negative way for Kelly and David).

Thanks, everyone! Nice to be remembered. This was a big one - 50! I spent it doing two significant things. I got the first dose of my Covid-19 vaccine and then went and did early voting for the Georgia Senate run-off seats. Overall, a significant day to do my best to also hopefully help others.

Pistol Pete was great. I never saw him play in person, but I've seen videos of him when he was with the Atlanta Hawks. He was the first player on that team to get his number retired.

I got my first dose last Tuesday (on my 50th birthday), but I am a physician and our medical group is a distribution channel. My wife works for a different medical group. They are on their own, so I was able to get her a shot as well through mine.

This post reminds me of when CompUSA had their Apple Store within the store. The Apple machines were never set up correctly and the staff had no interest in making that happen. I think Apple even started supplying their own employees to work in the stores. Of course, this was before the actual Apple Stores appeared.

I just returned a 55" Hisense R8 to Costco. It was good but the washout on the screen when looking at more than a 75 degree angle was too much. It was $380 (higher end model than you are discussing). I was able to get a new TCL 55" 5-series for $364 instead. I'm much happier with the screen quality on the TCL. These replaced a 46" 1080P Sharp TV that got moved to the playroom

We've had AT&T Gigabit Fiber for 5 years now. It's been rock-solid stable. They increased the price from $60/month to $70/month last year. I got them to honor a new customer promo for $50/month for the next two years. No complaints at all.

I'm glad you had a good outcome. Last month, I bought a set of new Michelin tires at Costco. They were on sale for $110 off at the time. This week, they went on sale for $150 off. It took all of 5 minutes for them to refund me the $40 difference. Not as much as you saved, but still worth the time and made me feel valued as a customer.
