Yes, but I mostly use it for recording OTA HiDef broadcasts with my MBP. The software encoding runs fine as does channel detection. I noticed they had it on special this week for $99, I would definitely recommend one.

With an image on a layer hold down the Option Command-T. With the transform bounding box active, holding down Option key click on the layer content and drag to duplicate and reposition. Press the Enter key when done. Command-Option-Shift-T will now step and repeat your image.

Stuff is nasty but I always have a bottle of Harvey's Bristol Cream on hand. The missus likes it and it is most excellent for cooking with. My ma's sherry trifles were the best... and you get a wee buzz from them.
