I have not had any luck with the FM Transmitters I've used. So, I hard wired to my stock unit with an adapter. Plugs into the aux. wiring harness and provides me with a RCA input. I simply ran a RCA cable up to the center armrest, plugged in a RCA to Mini adapter and now I can play iPod or XM directly into the car stereo without the slight quality loss found in FM. for the price, its right on! I have two (its cheaper to buy a new printer than the Epson Ink in some cases) Printed hundreds of discs on them and yes, the oldest one has the tray feed problem. just needs a nudge and all is good. Sure I will trash these and get two more when the time is right. (shame the G5 doesnt have more USB ports.. Amazing how many you can print when you have bothby Rain - Tips and Deals

Agreed - For now, just go get an adapter that allows you to run mini plug to RCA(or what other input your receiver has) and power them thru the receiver you already own. That way you aren't investing any serious $ into this project to get off the ground. If the receiver is too noisy, Id suggest a pro set of headphones instead.
