You should use both a leave in thermometer and an instant read. I'd expect that to take about 90-120 minutes. Might leave it out for an hour or so before putting it on the grill. My challenge with a grill is getting a nice sear at the end. I'm slowly figuring it out.

AirTags are GREAT at finding things that are in your current room or MAYBE your house. Past that, they're not necessarily that helpful. But they're cheap! I think thats something people forget about when citing all the situations where they don't work. They'll probably work and save you some hassle. Thats it. It could be any number of things. What router do you have? How are you connected to it? If wireless, have you verified the speed of the connection? When the internet is slow, are you able to connect to other network devices and transfer files quickly? Have you checked activity monitor to see if there's a particular process that's consuming a lot of resources?

I honestly don't understand how he's going to do what he said he'd do - although it might be a ton of posturing and very little actual action.
